While Reinert Fine Art represents nearly 50 oil painters from North America, this issue is dedicated to the images and artistry of Rick Reinert. I watch Mr. Reinert paint everyday with the passion and conviction of a living master. He uses his own photography for inspiration, constantly in search of ‘the light’. The Charleston landscape and life of the city streets offer daily inspiration. Rick paints 8 – 10 hours each day, to fill his need for creation and to keep up with sales demand. Our locals love our city and enjoy the vibrancy of Rick’s paintings. Our guests to the city also want to capture the memories of their visit in Rick’s authentic work. Mr. Reinert’s style provides the drama of an ever changing skyline with an evocative feel. After 17 years of experience, Rick Reinert has developed a unique, self-taught style leading the way for other modern day impressionists. Being bold and courageous with each brushstroke is something the artist demonstrates, for all to see, as he paints at his easel in Charleston, SC or Blowing Rock, NC gallery!” – Gallery director, Jason Stone
